Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Aurela tags attached; garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
